January cut-off for bringing in new members

Contact: Membership Chair - Annie Whitley

Lions must attend a “Meet the Lions- Info Session/Orientation” (twice a year – fall and spring or whenever scheduled)
Attend at least (one) general body meeting within the next 2 months following orientation.
After meeting the qualifications (attendance of the orientation, application submission, Entry fees paid, attending General Body meeting and vote from board) prospects will participate in a swear-in ceremony the following month.
- If they do not attend a general body meeting within 2 months, they will have to start the process over. The membership chair and secretary will have the link to the digital application. Applications are shared with those that attend the session.
- A new application is needed in the “new program year”. Application is good up until the end of the “current program year”.
